I need turbo id and application help, please

Hi,
Can any of you turbo gurus help this newcomer in the turbo puchasing world in identifying and placing a correct applicaton for the following turbo listed on the "other web site".
It is listed as a PTB 300-1450 (cold AR .60 hot.63)?? whatever that means.
Is this a dailydriver mostly street driven type application.
I am really dumb at this.
any good advice?? I am not sure of asking price... he was looking for offers.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

I'll take a wild guess it's a 60 with a .63 exhaust housing. If you're gonna buy it, ask him for a pic or two.

I saw that same ad today. Actually, I think it was PTE 300-1450. Go to the Precision Turbo and Engine web site and look under Buick turbos. Call/email them for more info....Precision Turbo & Engine - Turbocharger, Intercooler, Fuel Injector, Performance Parts & more!

3900-1450 (6169E) is 650 Hp, journal brg, boosted series ect.I'm by no means a Guru; just a sinner with a computer...

Sorry if I missed your question, but I'd call PTE for more info....anyway the stupid flag said I needed to post...now I've posted....
