Here is another method.

What ever sparked and blew the fuse might have fried anything that is powered when the ignition is on, even the chip. You'll have to test everything I'm afraid.

I hope my ECM and chip arnt fried...but if they were wouldent the car not run??? The car idles crappy, but if the chip or ecm was bad i would figure the car would be not turn over.

not saying its the problem, but if you are running a toggle switch on the fan circuit....better be a real good toggle switch and on the right side of a nearby relay. Most toggle switches are not robust enough to carry that kind of current draw and they will cook off.

Went to go play with it...go to start the car and it cranks then dies. I see smoke coming from the starter...one of my fuse links I think touched the header.......Car cover is back on, and thats that. I know they make a relocation kit for the links, but for $100 im out for a bit
