I spoke with Steve from AR on the phone yesterday. Nobody has the rims. The
first shipment just arrived in California yesterday from Asia where they
were made. They were 5 on 4 1/2" bolt pattern but I do not know which size.
The group buy is still a go. The problem AR is having is deciding how to
give us a discount code or coupon without having it get out to the general
public. If it does get out AR will kill the deal so we all need to be
careful on how we handle this. I do not have the price yet but Steve did say
that the $130 for 15x7 and $140 for 15x8.5 I was quoted was only $10-$20
over dealer cost. He can't figure how some people are saying they were
quoted just over $100 a wheel because the retailer selling them for that is
losing quite a bit of money per wheel. I am hoping for more specific details
today if AR can come up with a plan for us. Steve does know the prices we
have been quoted and he is still enthusiastic about giving us the group buy.
