okay so.. back in the day i was warned about not using sea foam / tec on a hotair because of the goofy ass way the intake is designed..

one friend of mine said hes done it before though.. i havent been able to get ahold of him in awhile.

so anyone else use TEC? is there a certain method of doing it compared to the other cars?

if not.. ill guinea pig myself and try it out.. let you guys know how it goes..

am i the first one here to try this?

I havn't tried it, but I'm about to, just like you. I saw Trey Crease about a month ago, and he swears by it. He said that I should do it once every year, and being that I havn't ever used any, I should use 2 bottles when I do it now. He told me to take the largest vacuum line going to the vacuum block on the throttle body off (leaving one end attatched to the vac. block), and stick it down in the bottle, and let the engine suck it out. I'm doing mine this week.

wow haha thats a better and way easier idea than the other way.. just get a big piece of vacuum line and connect it to the back tb port where the pcv crap enters.. if napa is open tomorrow im gettin me summ..
