I want windows speed pro

Where the heck can I get the windows version of speed pro!!??
I have 2000 professional on my computer so I cant tune my car now that the beta version expired. It has been about a month and a half since I have been able to drive my car. I ordered the windows version from a supplier someone told me about, gave them my card #, they have never processed the order. I will gladly pay for overnighting it if I can just find it. Please help. It is gonna be to cold to drive here pretty soon.
