2 weekends ago, got a top 12 trophy at the big local car show. No biggie or anything, but late model stuff NEVER wins around here. I thought it was kinda cool because 1: I never win car shows 2: I just raced it the day before so it was far from "clean" 3: They are publishing a calendar for 2005 and my car is one of the months, they took professional photos and everything.
Anyway, no biggie, just thought I'd share with you guys. Before anyone asks what it did at the track, its slow so don't bother.
Its a cool trophy too, its a piston/ rod assembly from a tractor pull motor, all polished and has an engraved insert in the big end of the rod. So its actually used, then donated by the team that races the truck. Cheap and cool!
At least my cars pretty, 'cause it sure is slow!!!
