throttle stop screw location

attempted IAC reset procedure w/o scanmaster

Idle is high now, around 2000 RPM. Do I need to adjust the throttle stop screw? Where is that? Next to TPS screws?

The throttle stop screw is on the opposite side of the throttle
body than the TPS is on. The screw is right above the throttle
cable linkage and has a tension spring around it.

Thanks, and turning it clockwise raises idle (opens throttle blade) and counterclockwise lowers idle (closes throttle blade)?

You are going to need to borrow a scanmaster or a volt meter to set the TPS. Right now you are trying to lower the IAC and you are raising the TPS which is raising your RPM. See if you can find someone who lives around you that can help.
