I started to try and tune my IAC tonight. When I first started the counts were at 175 and I couldn't get them to fall no matter how I turned the adjustment screw. I shut the car off and came back about an hour later. This time the counts settled around 120 and I was able to get them down to 81 with adjustment. After that I couldn't get them to drop anymore. I'm using an OTC 85 Monitor.
Do you think it is a problem with my scantool or with my IAC motor?
