I need to move my sensor to my intake manifold for Xfi and was wondering if the intake manifold could be drilled and tapped without being removed??

have a bung welded on the upper plenum.. simple to do

Remove the upper plenum only and do you drilling and tapping.

You can make a gasket out of a beer box.
