Just wondering about how about I can get ahold or make some new hoses for the intercooler leading to the turbo and up pipe. If possible wht material can I buy and cut to length. Also what measurements should I need. (length, thickness) Thanks

I think I have two blue silicone hoses, though they might be for the MAF pipe.

I saw this site called twww.turbohoses.com. They advertise straight sections of silicone hose that you can cut to length. And I just recently heard of people using marine exhaust hose. Personally, I would just order pre-cut pieces from one of the turbo buick vendors.

I would like longer hoses too. You'd think that there platinum.Out of all the hoses I've bought from turbo regal vendors. All seem to be to sort. Can't they cut them an inch longer. Change your intercooler, go to bigger up pipe What ever. There is someone always looking for longer hoses. Pre cut fine just cut them longer so you've got some playto work with.

A good place to go is your local diesel shop and see what they may have. Sometimes they have pieces lying around that you can have for cheap or free.

You have several choices. You can go to the local diesel truck parts place. There they should have the Gates brand "green stripe " hose. This stuff can be bought in Foot lenghts. Its cheap, works great and looks good. They might also have the fancy blue silicone hose too. This stuff can also be obtained in FT lenghts but its still expensive.

One last option. You can go to the local boat/marine surplus store. There i found some black silicone hose with a baby blue stripe. I believe its gates brand also and used for boat exhausts. I had to make some longer couplers for my front mount pipes and it works great. Just beware that sometimes this same stuff has a wire core and it wont work.

Maybe try Mopac in Calgary? I know they have them out here.
