check this psycho out....his name is Genki Sudo, probably the most over the top, craziest fighter out of Japan in a while.....

I'm not sure he ever fought Royce Gracie but he did fight Royler Gracie. I know that the video on Youtube says Royce but it looks like Royler . I don't know all those Gracies look alike. My favorite fighter out of Japan is still Kazushi Sakuraba his nickname is the Gracie Hunter.

Thats not Royce, it's Royler.

Kid Yamamoto is another great Japanese fighter.

So is Takanori Gomi although I think he's slightly over rated. He has no ground game so if it hits the ground, he's done. BJ Penn tapped him and so did Marcus Aurelio, although he beat him in the rematch.

There's a lot of good up and coming fighters in Japan.. Nakamura, Ishida, etc. I dont know that they'll ever hold a belt but they're legit contendors.

Sakuraba is pretty much done. He's taken too many to the head and is a shell of his former self. He's fighting on the next K1 card I believe.

Haha....its funny you mention those guys.....Kid beat Genki in their last fight...It was a iffy call on the ref, Kid had him and punched him a couple times but Genki wasnt done...the ref still called it though....weak. Kid is nuts though......sakuraba hasnt won a fight in a while. Yeah, someone said that was Royler, all the Gracies are overrated now in my opinion, dont get me wrong, they have great ground skills, but theres somethin I dont like about them. Gomi and Genki are good friends though, those 2 are nuts, they refuse to fight eachother.

Im no expert in this type of fighting but I never saw Royce lose before. Makes sense that that was someone else.

Royce lost to Sakuraba and got absolutely dominated by Matt Hughes a few months back. He also lost to Hideheko Yoshida on a controversial stoppage.

Yeah and this Wednesday there having the fight night live on Spike. I've trained with Shonie Carter on and off for the last 8years who is fighting that night. He is a bit to flashy for my taste but I've learned alot from him and hes a great fighter.
