IGN3 port?

I see a port labeled IGN3 on the upper right part of the fuse panel just left to the wiper fuse. Does this serve the same purpose as the three IGN1 ports that line the left side of the panel? In other words is this an okay place for a 12v source (i.e.-alky pump, wideband, etc.). Running out of 12v sources.

It is a HOT in RUN terminal that is fused in a different spot than IGN1 terminals, it runs off the A/C fuse, .

It works similarly to IGN 1, which is HOT in RUN, BULB TEST or START.
