Trying to find out engine sputtering above 20# boost. Never had a problem with 25# on race gas. But now on Razors pac kit, I have ignition or sputtering issues. I have got new module, coilpack, new msd wires, and new cr43ts plugs at .30 gap. New module seems to have helped severity of sputter by 50% or more. And once every so often it makes a totaly clean pass. Running 800s on 02s, and all else seems fine. I did advance cam sensor a few degs earlier. Can a cam sensor or crank sensor have intermittent issues only under load like this? It feels like multiple cyls , not just one cyl like a normal miss. Wondering if i should try a new set of plugs at .28 gap? Any ideas appreciated. Not much left in ignition system! Thanks, Bob.

The new module is no good. Did you test it with the caspers tester? Also your too rich, not helping it much either.

P.S. I used to run .35 gap with race gas and the old ignition parts. Running 12:30 position on initial and 3/4 on gain knob per Julio. Could this be a flooding of alky initialy, drowning out the spark? Thanks, Bob.

do you have a translator ot t+ ?

also too much alky can cause boggind and stuttering , have you tried turning down the alky

do you have any DS(directscan) data , would be easier to tell whats going on if you did.

Stock maf. I think I can pull some fuel out of chip to lean it down some. No ds data. Only scanmaster data. Thanks, Bob.
