IHI Turbo help

Anyone familiar with IHI turbos? It's a 4 bolt pattern. I have no measurements on it but it has a tag on it with some numbers:

Turbo Spec: C170202
Serial #: RHB7 070210
Part #: 1144001351

I've tried searching for info on this thing but there isn't much out there and I can't find anything for the part or serial numbers. Thanks for any info or help.

It is the brand of turbo that came on a first generation Duramax (LB7) 01'-04.5'.

I did some searching on ebay for it. I saw a similiar model there. Looks like this was for a Mazda or Subaru?

Someone I know has it and was going to put it on their TB. He wanted to see if I could sell it for him but I don't think the market is very good for these.
