I found what they both said and Ernst was responding to a single statement made by Sidney Powell in yesterday's press conference.
Basically Powell said she didn't know how many Republicans or Democrats may have paid for votes.

There are R’s on the on the floor now calling for Trump to show his evidence or stop this. That was Liz Cheney on the floor calling for this. She is not the only one. No one has produced any evidence in court, ( lawyers get disbarred for lies in court ) . Even Rudy has not shown any, nor Sidney. At this point I don’t believe they have any. I wish the hell they would show it. I love Trumps policy, I hate that as a person he sucks hind tit. That’s my issues, can’t speak for anyone else. My Brother-in-law told me the other day that Trump needs to get has ass to Georgia and help those two win or we will be fucked. He is so upset he is thinking of retiring from Congress. The biggest problem is that "we" think in terms of what would happen if we break the law. These politicians are operating above the law for decades because of the lack of accountability. Almost like: Let's see what we can get away with.
