The fear mongering up here continues. The hospitals are empty...this is nothing but theater to try and scare people...at tax payers expense.

I can't tell the the hell happens there. What does that mean?
Two things come to mind. I don't know what station released this vid. It's been sped up to make it look like he's running up stairs...prolly woulda took him a half hour. I'd say CGI...or someone altered the vid and reposted it. Some of his vids don't look 'real'. I have my own Youtube channel, and have software to alter/tweak things from a vid/pic standpoint. Imagine what a pro could do. I'm beginning to think many of the vids were seeing of him are staged.

Here's a vid of the real Biden from a few days ago. Check it out. He doesn't who he is, where he is or what he's doing...and listen to his handlers telling the press to get out...cuz his cognitive issues are so bad he can't answer unrehearsed questions.

Why was he in a hardware store in the first place?

Is it possible for the helicopter engines to be running...cuz you can hear them...but the blades not moving? Watch the chopper blades...and listen to the engines on the vid.
Yes, the engines will be running when the bird is first started. The output shaft is connected to the power turbine and is separate from the turbine and shaft driving the compressor. Rotor is held by a rotor brake.

Sweet like a transbrake!
