It has been rejected twice by POS PA judges. The one fucker said he did not care the secretary of state altered the procedure, it was not the federal governments place to get involved, which is BS because it violates the constitution.

The problem is the nasty POS judges have to allow the suit to proceed. Since they are corrupt scum, they are allowing the election to be stolen. They refuse to honor their role as a judge and to honor the law as written.

I have been in rooms and watched men fold when the guy in power wanted an outcome. Had a CO threaten me because I would not jump on the band wagon before. I was stunned to watch 11 grown men fold. The short story is he wanted, in peace time, to continue flying aircraft with known defective parts instead of grounding them and doing a proper inspection and replacing the defective parts(because his annual fitness report was impacted by the number of flight hours the squadron flew). I was the only guy that said no, not going to endorse the plan. He was pissed. Not a comfortable place to be. The part was the drive shaft from the engine to the transmission semi important component on a helicopter. We ended up not flying until the inspection was done (had to remove the shaft to inspect it, not a trivial task). We had six aircraft, 2 shafts per bird, 9 of the 12 shafts turned out to be defective, only a matter of time until failure.

Moral of the story, men fold easily. The power of the nasty swamp is too much for these pussy judges to stand up and be counted.

I do, but WHERE IS THE PROOF? They say say it's in plain view, and I can see that, BUT, they cannot, and/or HAVE not brought forth REAL EVIDENCE, and that is where my concern lies. DO IT, OR DON'T. It's quite simple.

That's all I'm asking for. Not a poker hand, not a probability, not a chance. I want to see indisputable PROOF.
