I have been out of the aviation business for a while, but I would imagine with today’s technology, tracking flights that have filed IFR flight plans which are required to have and use a transponder would be doable (if not easy to do via the net), so if the guy tracks this stuff then the flight data should be legit and verifiable.
As far as any black ops, it would be easy for military aircraft to operate without a flight plan, I was never involved in any black ops, (did some spec ops insertion training flying on NVGs was the closest I came) so I don't know how much of that takes place from US soil if any, but then it would not be a black op. Filing a VFR flight plan and turning off the transponder or using the standard VFR squawk of 1200 would make you indistinguishable from any other aircraft. Departing from a small airfield/location with no plan is easy also. Certain airspace you are not allowed to fly VFR, which would necessitate an IFR flight plan and hence easy to track, but the military does not have to operate out of such spaces if they so choose. (Legalities aside).
Any flight going to Cuba or any of the other island/foreign country would require coordination crossing the ADIZ when coming back if not on a commercial flight plan, which would be handled by the military and I assuming could be concealed.

As far as the rest of it, time will tell. I look at things this way, on 12/14 the electoral college formally votes for president. No matter how foul or fucked the process of selecting the electors, if the state legislatures do not step in and stop it, they defacto approve. Which means once the electoral college votes, constitutionally it is a done deal if Joe gets 270.
 
I've been watching the live feeds of the committees from Georgia, Arizona and today from Michigan. I doesn't matter much evidence of voter fraud that is brought to their attention, they dismiss it just like the judges do. These committees are just going through the motions. It's an exercise in futility. They don't want to uphold the Constitution or the law.

One had asked "how are the ballots handled/sorted"?
If this idiot doesn't take the time to learn how, why is his dumbass on the "panel"?
The answer: "These committees are just going through the motions."
Barr has just commented that they found no fraud, sufficient enough, to overturn the election. WTF is this guy about?
If I was Trump, his ass would be out of his office by the end of today!

This is funny because I actually got a message here the first time I tried to post it. I hit the media link to post it and it said that it could not be attached as a media link. It worked fine when I just pasted it into the message though. I would say it would probably be a line source code or something that caused it here but idk .

I've already said I'm disappointed in Barr but again people forget that Barr has to speak from the highest standards which is a criminal law perspective. The standards for fraud are higher for a criminal charge than they are for a civil charge. That's why people such as OJ who didn't get convicted in a criminal court for murder can still be sued in civil court for an unlawful death. Not defending Barr because I think he could be bolder but he is not a dummy. He is very smart and an expert in walking the line and saving his own hide. I bet he sees it but after sticking his toe in the water he is refusing to get his feet wet.
