Thats an inner-city thug thing to do with those rims. We had a couple of members of the MGNTA with big ass spoke rims on their Buicks. I can say I like them better than the tiny cholo rims but I am a purist and like the original GN rims the best.

With that plate and the V8 dubbed in I had to hold back posting "Nice Monte!" in the comments.
