In gear car runs like crap???

I have resolved my boost issue. I park or neutral I couldnt ask for the engine to run any better. When I place it in drive or reverse it falls on its face droping RPM and popping out exhaust. I have 6 inches of vacuum at idle, ehich i still dont know if thats ok? I have done pretty good tune up, fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, and set cam sensor timing. It seems like my igniton timing is not advancing or retarding at all, which i believe is controlled by ecm. No servive engine light is on or any other code. Does any one have any ideas what could be going on?

Throwing it out there how old is your maf if you tap it does it change anything ? Do you have a scanmaster ?

Not enough vacuum . Vacuum in P around 18 in gear around 15

Have you switched to vacoom brakes ? - if so there is your problem - booster is bad .
