Hello everyone, I need help finding part # for OEM 86/87 GN windshield washer reserve cap, and what is the correct wording on the cap? Any pictures would be great!!! Thanks in advance!

It says "WASHER FLUID" twice:
There's nothing special about the cap, it was the same cap on just about everything GM sold back then.
