injector identification

Does anybody know how to figure out what pound injectors by the numbers on the injector? Does not have a straight forward number.

doing a web search using the p/n 17120683 shows that the injectors are made by GM and are rated at 18 lbs/hr

wow!

I was given these by someone who had them on a intercooled car correct me if im wrong but arent the factory injectors rated at 30#'s . It's a wonder his car ran.

stock Turbo Buick injectors were almost 30 lbs/hr (closer to 28 lbs/hr). the website with the info on the 17120683 injectors says they were used in some GM NA 3.8L V-6 engines.
