injector pulse and fast ?

When using fast will injector pulse indicate a value when trying to start the car? I am having issues starting the car without starting fluid and when I log the start up I show no value in the injector pulse box? I show values in other boxs but neither percent or numeric value for injector pulse. Maybe a low fuel pressure of 25 lbs will not be enough to fire the injectors?

I wouldn't say that the low fuel pressure is "not enough to fire the injectors", but perhaps the fuel flow is too low at the fuel pressure to allow the car to start. I know my car wouldn't start once with a bad fuel pressure regulator and 15-20 psi fuel pressure.

I have no idea about whether the lack of an inj pw value during starting is normal or not; and whether it indicates some other problem.
