injector removal

I need a little instruction on removing my injectors. I think I may have some sediment in them. My reason for this is in general tech section. Under "stall and backfire". Not getting much help. So I'm troubleshooting by myself ...... Thanks

I have always just pulled them out by hand. I have had several cars where they were stuck. I felt it was better to pull hard and punch myself in the face rather than pry. Are they stuck in the intake or is the fuel rail stuck also? Guess this depends on if you are asking how to remove the fuel rail.
