injector size?

I have a guy around my area with an intercooled car that has a set of 38s he said he would sell. I did not know if this was to big or to small for my plans. I want to add a spearco intercooler, fuel pump and regulator, and a t-link and tune the car for street use most likely 16-17 psi most all of the time would like to see low thirteens at most will these work?

And do you guys think this combo will get me mid to low 13s?

38s are more than enough fuel for low 13s as are the stockers.
