Injector Upgrade / Street Performance

Will upping injectors size give a performance enhancement that I can really feel on the street ? I haven't yet taken my car to the track (next spring), and was wondering if I should expect to feel a real difference on the street. I'm hinging on either 36# or 50# and know most of you guys have been through this all before...

dsa, I don't think bigger injectors give you more hp by themselves you just need bigger injectors to supply the fuel for bigger turbos and intercoolers,etc. I think that's the way it works. You should set an E.T goal (12's,11's,etc) you would like to run and by the parts accordingly. But I don't think changing injectors alone will do anything for H.P. HTH!

if your car bojjes like mine does b/c my injectors are bad then a new set would definately feel better. as far as stock vs upgrade on a basically stock car that doesnt need them then no i doubt it b/c you are still giving the same amount of fuel as stock injectors. when you start adding more power you will need more fuel though. im starting to build up now by getting 50's soon and b/c my injectors are bad i might as well upgrade.

What are you looking to run? Is it a street car or a track car? If you answer how fast you want to run, then that will tell you what injector to go with. Ever thing go together like a chain. The turbo, intercooler, Stall........ and so on.
