Inline fuel filter help???????

What Micron inline fuel filter are you guy running is it a 10 or 40 micron and how many are you running when you do a fuel line upgrade?

Always heard it should be 10 micron before the injectors and 100 micron before the pump (or just use the regular pump sock thing). I have a 100 micron filter on mine now but will be changing it to 10. Shop that put it on says it should be ok but... Better safe than sorry.
