inner fender skeleton

i need to replace my fender and the inside sheetmetal skeleton part that the fender bolts up to the fender im not to concerned about its the inside bracing piece that has me wondering have any of u ever replaced or removed this piece? how complicated is it to replace?

Easy to do if you remove the fender from the car. Just a handfull of 10mm bolts that hold it to the fender skin.

thanx so that inner fender skin comes completely off by removing all the bolts after the fender is off?
