That's the leanest my gauge is showing me. 10.3 or 7.6 at idle and at wot or part throttle somewhere in between, but never leaner than 10.3

All the wiring is done per instructions. mv at wot 750-770, knock retard 0.7, car runs fine and adjusting the fuel pressure doesn't seem to make any difference.

So what's up? Busted sensor? But no fault codes.

Did it twice, after pushing the calibration button the led blinks once and then stays lit. What should it say?

Around 20.X or so..... And fwiw, you cant judge AFR by your narrowband numbers... factory O2 is more like an on/off switch.

Ps. You are removing the wbo2 before free-air calibratng right? And is the system new or used?

When the sensor is warming up the led flashes and a/f readings rise steadily to 14.7 or 15.0 and then the led stops flashing (stays lit) and a/f goes to 10.3 or 7.6 and stays there.

If I'm not mistaken, shouldn't "free air" calibration go to max (20.)

Yep, should be 21-22.

Unplug the sensor from the controller. Turn key on for 30 seconds then turn off. Plug the sensor back in. Turn the key back on. It will do the calibration. Make sure the sensor is in open air. When the calibration is done the afr reading should go right to 21-22.

connect up to a laptop and check the fuel setting in the lc-1

make sure it set to gasoline

Free air calibration goes up to 15 and then drops to 7.6 and the led stays lit. No matter how you do it, or how many times, always the same result. Haven't had the chance to plug it to a laptop yet and couldn't find any videos.

Any ideas what to try next? Another sensor perhaps?
