are these inside wheel well plastic moldings the same on a turbo regal and a regal regal car?

Are you referring to the ones under the hood?

Are you talking about the big plastic inner fenders?

If so the driver side is turbo specific and it actually says "turbo" by the part number between the cruise module and the vapor canister.

The passenger side differs by year only and is not turbo specific.

If you are not talking about those can you provide a picture of the part or be more specific with your description.
