I would like to see pics of one of these installed if anybody some. I was under the impression that major mods were required to make this work but later informed it's pretty easy. Anyone have first hand knowledge about this? TIA

c'mon over ive got one on my green car :)

took me maybe 1 hour to do it!!!! mine does not have the A on the pass side of the core support- i believe there are 2 styles that fit our cars-

all was needed to do it was,
flip the bushings upside down where the core support rests on the frame.
drill 2 holes for the header panel studs
extend the little flap that bolts to the header panel and mounts to the top of the core support
shim up the hood latch :)

that was pretty much it

HTH

I've had both.....with "A" and without. The only difference is the "A". Some have different shaped openings behind the headlites.

Thanks Bryan, I'll come over when I get some time (had only 2 days off since sept. 15:( ) Mine has the A on it. I just want to make sure I can get it to look factory.

WORKAHOLIC??? ;)

not a problem- i think with the plastic headlights, export bar, and aluminum core support, you will be taking 35-40 lbs off the front
