Anyone try using some sort of air temp sensor in the intake to see differences with and without injection?

Im curious of what my aircharge temps are when I run without alky/h20 and how big the change is with it. Im thinking this would help me with tuning and deciding on jet/nozzle size, etc.

When I was running a stock mount intercooler my temps would usually rise about 80 degrees over the 1/4 mile, with WI it would only rise about 35-40 degrees. I played with hotair and without WI my temps would go up 150 degrees, and with it was down to about 70. With my new intercooler (dual core CAS) my mats hardly go up at all so I'm not sure how wells it's going to work, but well see this weekend.

Dont forget water/alky injection really does it work in the combustion chamber, where is can lower temps as much as 200º

Most definitely...Even over 200 degrees F; up to 300 degrees F! Considering the way the power builds in my Centrifugal blower, since I dont spray til about 5 psi, or near 5000 rpms, with a 7K rpm redline, there isnt much time for it to do its work in the intake tract. If I had a 2 stage system, and started spraying down lower, I think it would be lowering the intake temps even more.
