Inter cooler shroud vibrates

I affixed dynamat, a sound /vibration dampener and it worked great until the dynamat adhesive failed.

My question is what is a superstrong adhesive that I can remount the dynamat with to the PTE inter cooler aluminum shroud?

Urethane maybe? The stuff they use to install windshields.
