Are you still running the vent tube from the passenger side valve cover to the turbo bell? If so get a block off/breather kit. If not its time for a new turbo...

Is the line from the passenger side valve cover disconnected and replaced with a breather? If not, do it. If it is disconnected, then it appears it is time to rebuild or upgrade your turbo.
