intercooler E-fan

Has anyone expermented with an electric fan setup like this. Do you think this will help and how much. I would be putting it on a stock IC I understand there still is a restriction in the intercooler neck.

Been thinking about doing that for years. Just never got around to it!

This setup looks like it will only work manually. I would want it to come on automatically at low speeds and shut off at like 30mph or so. Would also want the option of controlling it manually when needed.
