I am looking for the screws that hold the cold air shroud to the stock intercooler. Is there anyplace to get those screws? (factory if possible). Or do I just go to the local hardware store and get some? Thanks for any help/advice.

I think maybe Kribans sells them if you want a "factory correct" appearance, but I'd just take one down to the local hardware store and get some more.

Just my .02.

X2 and maybe a little LockTite when putting back in.

I think they are the same screws that hold a lot of pieces together in the dash on a lot of GM cars. Hit the bone yard. :)

Kirban sells a kit with the correct screws.

They are also available at some hardware stores. Lowe's keeps them in stock, but they are slightly longer than the originals, not a problem though. Otherwise, they are exactly the same.

like someone else said, those screws are very common on GM behicles. GM used different lengths with the same thread pitch, head and washer size under the hood and in the interior of most GM vehicles spanning at least 15 years.

I had to put my factory shroud back on my GN. The aluminum one I had split at the welds. So I had some #8 x 3/4" self tapping screws lying aroung and they fit. First time a longshot worked for me.

Just thought I give an update.
