I have never seen these pictures of a GNX engine with this cover and a dry sump oiling system.

That was is an old display engine from cobbled parts used by Buicks Racing Group (Specialty Vehicles) years ago. When Buick moved they gave all that over to one source controlling the Heritage Center. I saw this engine again about 3 years ago at the Heritage center and sent the leader a note explaining what it was and why they should change it (or at minimum, place a note stating that is was not an actual GNX motor).
