Do the Hot Air GN's have the same interior as the 86&87's? The grey and black? I know some have the Lier Sigsomething:) leather seats.

The 84 GN's came standard with the Lear interior ...but for the 84 T-Types it was an option.....85-87 GN's all had the same cloth interior.....YES! The 84's are better then the rest for somethings ;)

i saw an 86 gn in vegas with factory black and grey cloth lear siegler seats.they looked just like regular 86-87 seats at first glance, but upon closer inspection they were lears just like the 84s have, but done in black and grey cloth.

my seats are all grey cloth with no emblems on them with adj. lumbar control

Jas85T, yours is a t-type right? The reason I ask is that I am going to look at an 85 GN, and I just want to make sure it's a real GN and not a clone. It has the 86 & 87 GN rims.

Get the vin number and check it before you buy it. Just to be safe.

Factory? Are you sure?

The reason I ask, is because I know of several people that added Lear's to their cars and had them recovered just like the black and grey 85/87 GN seats. I would be surprised if they really were "factory".

i saw them and asked len about them(the car was for sale)and he said he knew a guy who used to own the car and they had done some research on it and from what they could gather they were the real deal!

Four-four-two yes my car is a t type the seats are org. is was a add on option

vin is best

The Vin # will be the best way to check. If I remember correctly the late 85 cars had the same black and gray seats as the 86&87.
