IPA vs Methanol

Work has a part drum 130 Lbs of IPA regent grade (no water added)
Can I use it instead of Methanol what are the pro's and Con's

I used it in the beginning for a short time (a few weeks) until I could find a constant source for M1 in my area. I got it from CVS. I think I used the 90% stuff. After that, I believe I re-tuned accordingly and never used anything else. No damage or anything really happened. It just didn't work as well.

But again, I just used it for a short time.

With water in it yes it will not work as well this is 99.9% IPA so I'm thinking it should work pretty good

I'm glad you clarified I was headed out to the car with a bottle of India Pale Ale

I've used it. With IPA I got more transition knock vs methanol.

I'm coming up with 105 Octane for IPA vs 115 for Methanol so not as good but for street use we will see in the spring
