This is actual Iraqi television picked up from a satellite feed.

Set you web browser to the following proxy server.
IP 213.35.59.12
port 80

Open browser and go to "www.dsltv.nl".

Click on "Iraq Satellite Channel". On my computer, the Media player does not work, but Real player does.

Sit back and watch the weirdness.
