Pretty simple bolt in- although I can't remember if the hot airs had an oil cooler to worry about.

Yeah, I knew about the IROC radiator never did it, but since i don't drive my IROC around nor my vette i would tear them apart to make the buick happy haha. Speaking of which i wonder if the headlights fit, i must try that out.

so there is no link to a 'How to" or what is needed?? or should it just bolt up.

man so the factory hot airs really were HOT!!! haha man well from the mistake i guess some would say about hot airs is that later came the intercooled brothers.

I put on a Modine 951 f-body radiator. It drops right in . There is slight bending of the trans cooling lines. The tricky part is holding it in place. You need an 87 Olds V8 G-body radiator hold down plate. If you keep the mechanical fan cut the radiator hold down plate so use a short piece on the drivers side. If you go electric fan use the whole Olds plate. Get an after market trans and oil cooler. Good luck. Brad

oh a 95 f body will fit 2?? wow. It's been almost a year since i was told about the IROC convert but those years were only 82-92 i believe. Hmm i would need to buy one from autozone or summit. yeah i have an electric fan from a 97 (or so) XR7. From what i hear low cfm is 2500 and on high is 4000+ but we will see. I saw that problem, i was gonna fab up some sheet metal to bolt up the radiator in place and then just hit it up with some paint. I have a friend with a monte carlo ss, maybe i can just take his radiator support without him know haha.

I swipped a early 80s radiator hold down off a Olds Cutlass with the little 260 V8. It matched the 86/87 hold downs to a T!! I don't think GM changed them much throughout the 80s.

Well I have a aluminum GM style radiator from a circle track car in mine. Looks good but took a little "massage" to get it in there lol. Had a new Radiator for a v8 Monte in it before and just got some dual fans out of a 99' Trans Am.
Still have to figure out the hold down plate. I may just try to fab up something.Cooler lines fit just about perfect too here's a couple pics.
