iron or alluminium

I would like to know your experience with aluminum TA block because I interested to buy stage 2 and I hesitate between a good iron old block or the version aluminum TA. Are there advantages or inconveniences? Somebody has one mechanics has to sell?

I would only use Nick Micale for a T/A aluminum build or any build for that matter. Very knowledgeable and experienced for any/all applications.
