The 55's would work very well with your set up. The 50's will run out on a 1/4 mile pass with that turbo. I know the 009's will lean out for sure. My .02

I personally don't think the 50's would run out with that setup IMO.
I will say, you've already got everything you need for an 11 second timeslip, although the larger injector would be wise. I did it with 36#s, but a stock turbo. You've definitely got a bigger huffer, so the upgrade is necessary. I've got a friend running 10.6's @ 127mph with 50's and a TE60 Turbo, and no alcohol.
The advantage of sticking with the 50's, is you won't have to get your ECM modified for the low impedance injectors. (55's and up).

I'm not saying that the 55's would not be a good choice, but rather suggesting other considerations before you decide. If you're only shooting for high to mid 11's, then the 50's will cover you just fine. The larger ones would just give some added insurance for future upgrade performance.

You haven't come close to tapping what you have already. 009's will get you mid 11's no problem. If you were running high low 11's I would say yes to 55's.

Tune like a mad man. ;)

009's should take you mid 11's at around 116 mph before they're done and 50's are maxed out around 126-127 mph trap speed

You can do it with the inj. you have. Try tuning first. 55's would work even better though if you wanted to go faster that your goal. (mid 11):D Frank

Well, my MAF which is stock might be going out on me. Still need to find my hesitation problem. will be checking the coil and ign mod hopefully this weekend. I ask about the 55s because you need at least 55s to use Reds Raptor MAF. I looked at the translator and trans+ and after buying them with the extender chip and the new MAF it should be close to $500. The Raptor should be around that price. I do not know for sure, but Reds MAF as I have heard should read up to 800gm/s. Do not quote me on this as i recall reading it in the archives. It should be out soon though.

Personally I do not like the 009s and wish I went to at least 50s.

Sounds like you answered your own question.

It's all in the chip programming.

Well it seems like 009s are the more difficult injectors to program.
But going to #55 are for insurance and allow me to grow my combination.

Frank,
Seat time and slicks is what ya needs .....you dont go to the track often enough to get a handle on your car..and throwing more mods wishing for McDonalds like results isnt gonna fix your issues...get some et streets or ET drags..start going to Sunshine every weds nite and when you can consistently hit 1.6 60 foots...you will have learned your car as far as launching it.And I mean every single friggin time.

Jimmy just got 11.79 at 113.8 last teusday..and one year ago he was struggling with 12.70's...

Your car now has so many mods thrown at it,that its a wonder/miracle it does what it does....maximize what ya got first..figure it out..it aint rocket science..then when you change something you will truly know if it improves or degresses...

Get some consistency in your 60 foots...then by looking at your recorded runs..we'll know what to change in the chip to make it work.Until then..you have a lot of track time to acquire..And if you break stuff..well thats part of the learning curve.

See ya at the track...you'll need a 10 second car to run 11's when you dont maximize what ya gots..

So your combo should be..T70 ball bearing turbo,230 roller cam,3800 stall converter, front mount, and only running C16 gas...with a Stage II Ninja Death bottom end

Please dont take this the wrong way..I really care and wanna help..but you need to step back and put the time in required.

Those drag radials at our tracks are good for one-two runs before the track goes to hell..and you dont have yet aquired the experience needed to make it happen..and a Raptor MAF aint your solution..you need a MAF..let us/me know and we'll find you one.Ok?

Sorry for the long post

Julio

Almost forgot..Jimmy's running your chip with 10 % more fuel :)..so it aint the chip :D
