Buying a car from Florida in a week and the present owner doesn't know if its a notary state. So I figured I would post here to try and find out. Will I have to have the bill of sale notarized in Fl??? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Florida is NOT a notary state. His signature & info on title & Bill of Sale is all you need.
