Is it bad to downshift?

I like to drop it down into D and occasionally 2 while I'm driving. Is that bad for a tranny?

to be able to do that to r tranny it must be built for that rght ? meaning im think u need that transgo kit that aloows downshifts like that at any rpm ?

You can take it out of OD at any speed, I imagine, but I meant at 45-50 mph decelerations. Drop it out of OD...then it hits 30 and you drop it into 2nd.
