The converter is a 10/12" that seems to stall at 3500 at about 2psi boost on the brakes. It seems to drive fine around town, but at the track I recorded the Directscan file.
The car, after it leaves first gear, just pulls at 5400-5500 rpm the whole run, not even dipping on the 2nd to 3rd shift, and only drops rpm when i lock it at 140kph. It drops 1000rpm when I lock it at that speed, and go through the traps at about 5000rpm.
I know I am out of the stock cam efficiency range, so what is my next step?
Do I keep the converter and look into a new cam?

Get the converter fixed. Throwing a cam at is not going to work.

Get it fixed? It has been like this for the last 3 seasons.....

my convertor stall is about 3400 at 10psi. trans shifts 5700-5800 and drops down to about 5200-5300. i could probably use a little more stall but i think ill be putting a trans brake in instead. sounds like your convertor is to loose or something else is going on.

What you describe when you say there is no RPM drop when it shifts, is what the converter guys call 'blowing through the converter'. I believe, ideally, you want to see around a 650 RPM drop between gears. If you aren't the it is most likey the converter is screwed..so yes, get it fixed.
