Is my tt chip bad?

My cel is flashing repeatedly and I checked over and over for bent proms and Notta.....so is the chip bad? The chip is brand new and I have no other chips.......it's in a 86/87 ecm

It can happen. Contact TT and get the correct answer right away.

99% of the time, its the socket down in the ECM that's the problem. The little prongs lose tension over the years and don't make good contact with the chip.

However, I'll be happy to check it out if you send it to me. 100% of all my chips are tested before they leave here, so it's extremely rare to have a bad one.

So I pried them out and still same results.....flashing cel
