Is this a correct oil pan for an 86-7??

No. That is for 85 and earlier. The pan you have is a 14 bolt. The oil pans used on the 86-87 is a 20 bolt pan.

no, im pretty sure that my 86 has 20 bolt holes not 14 and the front of the pan should come to a point, not a flat edge like in the picture.
