That's a Precision front mount. I don't think that they make them anymore. I think it is a bada$$ intercooler. Now sure on the price though. Looks like you can buy them new for less than $900 here:

I would buy the rjc megacooler for $800 before I bought that one for 1200. Rjc has them on sale right now

Yep that is it , I was thinking the same thing as I was thinking it had gold some where in it by the price . LOL!!

I have an old 1st gen duttweiler on my car. 4 inch core and car hasn't gotten any hotter than 190 after getting on it hard. Tune is much more consistant also. Kinda hard to find anymore but I think they're pretty good.

Kim its a great IC but not for that price IMO. They stopped making them a few years back.

The guy that's selling that one on Ebay is the same guy that used to sell the Champion valve covers on ebay for $200. I asked him a question about the price when he was selling them years back and he said they were some special valve covers.lol My girlfriend bought the set for $129 from Hr parts that same week.
