Is this my problem?

I just capped the exhaust dump on my car the other day and noticed a ticking noise from the motor. Popped the hood and the flange from the turbo to the header is leaking terribly!!!! Obviously this could be my spoolup problem, but could it it also be why i have only neted a 12.31 @ 112 mph w 19 psi. I have fixed it now but have not had a chance to get it out on the road yet. Is the leak bleeding off all my boost and power? What can i expect now that this is fixed?

An exhaust leak will not bleed off boost but it will cause spoolup to slow considerably. Your driveability should be much improved and you may see better 60' times
